 Kundalini
is the Basic life force vital for the person to exist.
The large portion of this energy is generally lying
dormant in every human being. Once awakened the energy
travels up the spine piercing the 7 chakra reaching the
top of the head. Benefits are at 4 levels, depending on
the evolution of the student; physical, mental, material
and spiritual. A simple technique that can be learnt by
anyone irrespective of race or religion, no formal or
informal qualification is essential except the desire to
evolve in life.

energetic requirement on that day - to accelerate or
